Will I receive tracking information?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we currently offer Free Shipping within the U.S. for all orders placed today.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?

Just contact us within 30 days of receiving your shoes — we’ll reserve your preferred size or color while processing your exchange.
My package arrived damaged or defective — what now?
We’re sorry to hear that!
Please email a photo and your order details to info@glidefootwear.com, and we’ll replace your pair right away — free of charge.
Do I need to keep the original packaging?
Yes, if possible.
Returning your sneakers in their original box ensures faster processing and eco-friendly handling.
